This person has been contemplating the depth of their emotion for you, but feels as though there is a barrier to being a part of your inner circle. They are trying to cross it to take solid action, and it may come in an adrenalin-induced moment of courage.

They do get caught up at times in perfectionism - it's very important to them that they communicate the "right" way - and they see themselves as some sort of consolation prize. They don't want to disappoint you. Their sexual energy and passion is off the charts to the point of intrusion, forcing them to work hard on containing their feelings and desires so it doesn't pop up at inappropriate times. 

They could really use a little recognition from you, or some assurance they matter to you. They feel as though they aren't important, or that their energy isn't missed when they're not around. Providing them with a small access point or way to interact with you will go a long way to helping them approach you, because they have syncronised their life and energy to yours and see you as their "one".
